Sales Development Representative - SDR
£35,000 - £40,000 + commission (circa 25% of base expected OTE)
Wimbledon, South West London - 4 days a week in office initially

Your role at rockborne:
As part of our Commercial team, you’ll be responsible for building a consistent pipeline of clients and data projects, to be fulfilled by our consultants. Your role will be to identify, research and contact prospective clients, accelerating Rockborne’s market reach and supercharging the sales pipeline.
- You'll play a vital role in driving our top-of-funnel sales pipeline by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing new leads for meetings with our Growth Director and CEO.
- You'll play a key part in developing new customers through outbound calling, social selling, and will develop expertise within the Data talent space.
- You can expect to get involved in the following: Generate leads through outbound prospecting activities like cold calling and LinkedIn.
- Leverage LinkedIn for social selling and lead generation.B2B marketing mapping, researching prospects and personalising approach before initial contact
- Develop a strong understanding of Rockborne solutions to effectively communicate their benefits to potential clients.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads using a CRM system.Stay on top of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
- Understanding customers’, specific business needs and applying product knowledge to meet those needs.
- Coordinate sales meetings.
- Identify and develop new business through networking and courtesy and follow-up calls.
- Be responsible for all your own outreach and build your own pipeline.
- Creating tailored email marketing campaigns which drive response
- Shadowing the senior sales members, learning the end to end process and developing your skills
- Contributing to the successful maintenance of a high performance sales pipeline

You will have the following skills: - Previous experience in a B2b sales role
- Knowledge or interest in the world of data would be a plus
- You work in a rapid, highly organised manner
- Motivated by working in a target-lead sales environment with visible KPIs
- Motivated by fast growth and potential for progression
- Must be a flexible, creative and entrepreneurial character who is looking to grow into a leadership role
- Excellent written English, communication and presentation skills are required
