The Role:
Working as a recruitment consultant means that you will be working with clients from the world of data and analytics and working with them in order to fill any vacancies they may have.
The candidates you will be working with will have specific and sought-after experience and qualifications and at Harnham, you will become an expert in finding the perfect candidate for your clients. This includes:
- Business Development – Actively bringing in new business to the company through cold-calling and networking, selling your recruitment services as well as Harnham’s.
- Candidate Sourcing – Sourcing the best candidates for the job through posting on job boards and headhunting people with the required skills.
- Process/Account Management – Preparing candidates for interviews, checking in with both candidates and clients, and making sure the process runs smoothly.
- Placement Negotiations – Closing the deal when a candidate is offered the job, ensuring they get the best offer, and then earning commission.
Requirements:
Because this is an entry level role, we are open to a wide variety of applicants, these are just some of things we look for:
- Great communication skills.
- Customer or client facing experience.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment.
- A drive for sales.
